Roughriders Back At Home

The Olympics may be coming to an end, but for you hockey fans out there, Cedar Rapids is gearing up to bring you more exciting action from the ice.

The United States Hockey League (USHL) Cedar Rapids Roughriders, an amateur hockey team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is ready to bring you a thrilling wrap up to their very successful season.

Currently ranked second in the East Division behind Green Bay with a record of 28-15-3, the Roughriders are looking to finish the season strong. With 14 games left and 10 at home, they are ready to rock the stable.

So, if your looking for something to do and need a little boost after the Olympics closes down for another 4 years, come out and watch the Roughriders this weekend. They play Youngstown this Friday, February 26th and on Saturday, February 27th they take on Fargo, both games at 7:05pm.

Now, if you can’t make it out this weekend, no problem, the Roughriders will be competing at home the next three weekends so schedule it in for next week or the week after when they take on Division leader Green Bay on Saturday, March 13th.

I went to a game a couple months ago where they pulled off an exciting win against Waterloo in overtime 4-3. Get in on the excitement too and order your tickets today
